Embodied Liberation Therapy
Remembering who you are beneath survival.

Embodied Liberation Therapy, designed Ayanna Freedom,
is a trauma-informed, liberation-centered healing practice that reconnects the body, mind, and spirit in the context of systemic harm and ancestral resilience.
This work recognizes that trauma is not only personal—it is collective, historical, and rooted in systems of oppression including racism, colonization, patriarchy, capitalism, and heteronormativity. These systems live in the body as tension, disconnection, survival patterns, and internalized beliefs.
Through a blend of somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, yoga-based practices, and culturally responsive care, Embodied Liberation Therapy supports clients in:
Releasing stored trauma from the body
Reclaiming safety, rest, and pleasure as birthrights
Unlearning internalized oppression
Reconnecting with ancestral wisdom and lineage strength
Building capacity for presence, choice, and authentic expression
