I specialize in trauma therapy, holistic wellness, mindfulness practices, yoga and movement to heal the mind, body and spirit. I work from a culturally competent approach with a focus on healing racial trauma. I specialize in healing oppressed communities and individuals managing trauma from a mindfulness approach and work with BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Addiction, Recovery, Trauma, Racial Trauma, mindfulness, movement and holistic practices.
