Ayanna Freedom offers both private-pay services with tiered pricing + accept insurance via SonderMind to make therapy more accessible.

Clients who would like to use insurance should first set up an account through SonderMind to verify benefits and complete intake. After that, you can schedule a free consultation through my website. Once you are connected, ongoing sessions will be booked through SonderMind, which will also handle all insurance billing and claims directly.

Sliding Scale Rates for Private Pay

You choose which rate works for you. We work on a trust basis.
Please let us know prior to your first session which rate feels most comfortable to you.

Community Care Rate 🌱

$85–$100

For folks who:

  • Are part of the global majority, marginalized communities, or historically excluded groups

  • Have unstable income or are living paycheck to paycheck

  • Carry significant debt or caregiving responsibilities

  • Are students, artists, activists, or community organizers

  • Do not have generational wealth or financial safety nets

Sustainer Rate 🪷

$120–$140

For folks who:

  • Meet basic needs consistently

  • Have stable employment or income

  • Have some disposable income but still budget carefully

  • Can afford wellness care occasionally

Community Supporter Rate 🌸

$160–$200

For folks who:

  • Own property, have savings, or generational wealth

  • Travel regularly or take vacations

  • Have consistent disposable income

  • Are able to invest in wellness without financial strain
